We are looking for a hands-on AI operator who can design, build, and scale AI-driven training systems globally, while enabling local teams and exploring the best technologies for the future. This position is offered under a 1-year fixed-term contract; however, based on business needs and individual performance, extension and long-term continuation opportunities are highly likely.

Role Mission

Scale AI system from a local pilot into a globally deployable, compliant, high-adoption AI-powered commercial training capability by building, adapting, and enabling AI-driven solutions across markets.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on AI operator’s role focused on;

- Prompt engineering and AI system design 

- Building and managing custom GPTs / AI agent

- Adapting solutions to local market needs

- Training and enabling local teams

- Exploring and implementing alternative AI technologies

The role combines AI expertise, structured thinking, and strong execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI System Design & Prompt Engineering

Design and build structured prompt frameworks for V-Coach use cases

Create reusable templates for Role-play scenarios, Coaching logic, Compliance guardrails

Control AI outputs for Accuracy, Consistency, Realistic behavior

Continuously test, refine, and optimize prompts

2. Custom GPT / AI Agent Development

• Build and maintain custom GPTs and AI-driven training solutions
• Structure conversational systems (inputs → rules → outputs)
• Improve system performance and user experience
• Troubleshoot and debug AI behavior

3. Technology Exploration & Strategy (Platform-Agnostic)

• Evaluate and test alternative AI technologies beyond ChatGPT
• Explore Different LLM providers, AI tools and platforms, New capabilities (e.g., voice, automation, integrations)
• Recommend best-fit solutions based on Use case, security, performance and scalability

4. Global-to-Local Adaptation

• Adapt V-Coach solutions for different countries and markets
• Translate global frameworks into locally relevant versions
• Work with local stakeholders to Customize scenarios, Adjust logic, Ensure relevance

5. Local Team Enablement & Training

• Train local teams and administrators to use V-Coach effectively
• Develop playbooks, templates, guidelines.
• Support local rollout and adoption

6. Compliance-by-Design Support

• Ensure AI outputs align with approved messaging and internal policies
• Embed compliance principles into prompt design and system logic
• Identify and mitigate risks in AI-generated content

7. Continuous Improvement & Scaling

• Collect feedback from users and local teams
• Improve system quality, usability, and scalability
• Support expansion to new markets and use cases

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

1.    AI & Prompt Engineering 

      - Strong experience in prompt engineering (advanced level) 

      - Experience building custom GPTs or AI agent

      - Ability to structure AI interactions and control outputs

2.    Technical & Digital Fluency

      - Highly tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools quickly

      - Comfortable working across multiple AI platforms  

      - Strong curiosity for emerging technologies

3.    Structured Thinking

      - Ability to break down complex problems into logical systems

      - Strong attention to detail and consistency

4.    Communication & Training

      -  Ability to explain complex topics clearly  

          - Experience training or enabling others is a strong plus

5.    Language Requirements

     English: Advanced+ must be able to Communicate clearly, Write structured content and Train stakeholders

- Experience in AI training

- Experience in global or multi-country environments
